High quality and durable OEM-quality replacement parts are key factors in reducing operating costs for fleet operators and haulage companies and extending service life. This is especially true for the clutch repair in heavy commercial vehicles. With its LuK brand, Schaeffler has established itself in the aftermarket as a strong partner in the commercial vehicle segment and is continuing to expand its offering.

Accordingly, the currently published spare parts catalog "LuK couplings for heavy duty vehicles 2018/2019" is correspondingly extensive. The reissue covers over 2,300 vehicle applications and more than 300 LuK truck and bus repair kits - with more than 160 models from the world's leading truck and bus manufacturers such as DAF, IVECO, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Scania and Volvo. On more than 250 pages, workshops and trading partners will find all product-relevant information on the Schaeffler solutions that significantly contribute to the extension of service intervals. These include the self-adjusting LuK SmarTAC clutch and LuK clutch discs with the innovative HD 30 PLUS friction lining and multi-stage damping systems such as the LuK 6 spring torsion damper. New LuK RepSet repair solutions for vehicle models that comply with the Euro 6 emissions standard have recently been added, including the Mercedes-Benz Actros 4 and Atego 3.
